Tim’s career started following an apprenticeship in Shop fitting and Detailed Joinery with a high end custom joinery manufacturer on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

During Tim’s apprenticeship, he was able to specialise in exclusive residential projects in some of Sydney’s most exclusive and highly sought after homes working on kitchens and bathrooms as well as customised joinery for wardrobes, entertainment and storage units. 

In 2006 Tim founded Nail It Maintenance & Build as an opportunity to work for himself.  After identifying the need to further improve on his skills,  Tim completed his restricted builder’s license in 2013 to expand his knowledge and enable him to be the principal contractor for major renovation projects such as kitchens, bathrooms and laundries and to take on larger projects.
