We guide our customers throughout the entire process, by providing helpful advice and recommendations along every step of the project, regardless of the size and complexity.

Onsite consultation

Tim will arrange a time to come out to meet you to discuss the requirements and get a detailed brief from you as well as some initial measurements.  This is a great time to talk through your vision, so feel free to share images of some finishes you like and projects that have inspired you, as well as any budget limitations you may have.

Quote preparation

With all the information Tim has based on this initial consultation, he will prepare and send you a comprehensive quote for you based on your requirements and brief.  It’s a great chance to take the time to review the scope of works and make any amendments until you’re happy.

Tim will talk to you about any unexpected variations that may arise outside of this quote and the strategy for how this will be managed.

Quote acceptance

We will then agree on a convenient start date and provide you with your renovation schedule. 

Production stage

Your project takes place within the agreed timeframe.
